Marcella graduated from Appalachian State University in 1996 with a B.S. in Consumer Science and a degree in Business. She returned to Asheville and acquired a real estate sales and broker’s license. After mentoring under the then Broker In Charge for four years, she became Broker in Charge. A lifelong Asheville resident, Marcella has deep roots in the community having served on the ethics committee for the Asheville Board of Realtors and in various positions with the Junior League of Asheville.
Marcella integrated new policies and attended Prudential corporate functions to create a presence with other agents and brokers, not only locally, but also nationally. Discovering that corporate relocation was an area that could open many opportunities, Marcella aggressively promoted Prudential Asheville Fairview Realty to receive these clients. Our office is now on most of the Fortune 500 Companies’ lists to handle transfers for their companies and Marcella is a top relocation agent. Additionally, Marcella is a “Fine Home Specialist” having taken all the necessary courses from Prudential to acquire that designation.
As the owner of the Company, Marcella sets high standards of professionalism for all staff and Brokers and hopes residents and visitors alike will visit Prudential Asheville Fairview’s newest location in historic Biltmore Village.
